Job summary

Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Senior Scheduler Logistics to join the Integrated Scheduling team in a 4 days on, 3 days off roster, based at West Perth headquarters. You will translate operational plans into executable schedules, manage constraints, risks and cost impacts, and lead practical improvements that deliver measurable benefits.

You will coach the team, strengthen scheduling capability, engage stakeholders and ensure high-quality decision making.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in planning, execution or scheduling within mining or bulk commodities is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with coaching capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across logistics scheduling and align with weekly execution.
• Identify constraints, risks, deviations and costs, developing practical solutions.
• Lead improvement initiatives to simplify processes and deliver measurable benefits.
• Coach and mentor the scheduling team and provide leadership coverage when required.
