Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Adelaide, South Australia, invites applications for a Senior Loan Kit Team Leader to manage daily loan kit warehouse operations across dispatch and receiving, delivering safety, quality and on-time service.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, coach staff, maintain inventory accuracy and partner with sales, customer service and freight providers to optimise costs and outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loan kit warehouse operations across dispatch and receiving, delivering high standards in safety, quality, compliance, service and cost.
• Coach and develop the team through clear objectives, regular feedback, performance dashboards and structured development plans.
• Drive team performance to ensure customer orders are processed, packed and dispatched accurately, efficiently and on time.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, resolve kit issues and strengthen customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales representatives, customer service and freight providers to resolve issues, manage outstanding orders and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, current training records and full compliance with quality systems, SOPs and the Five Quality Principles.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven Senior Loan Kit Team Leader to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia.

In this pivotal role, you will lead daily loan kit operations and develop a high-performing team to ensure orthopaedic surgical kits are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time. You will drive operational excellence, quality and continuous improvement, helping support patient safety and outstanding service to healthcare customers.

• Ability to handle SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong relationship building skills with suppliers and customers.
