You will draw on your own healing journey to inform service design and co-design training with PARVAN, Mental Health and AOD services across the district.

• Demonstrated lived experience and peer work experience essential.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within peer frameworks preferred.
• Training in peer work or willingness to complete required training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic lived-experience leadership within ASP to improve outcomes for adult survivors.
• Inform service design, delivery and evaluation with survivor perspectives.
• Collaborate with PARVAN, Mental Health and AOD to co-design capability-building initiatives.
