Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Lived Experience Worker to lead lived experience initiatives within the NSW Health Adult Survivors Program (ASP) across PARVAN services, with a focus on improving health and wellbeing outcomes for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in peer or lived experience roles within health or related sectors.
• Ability to leverage lived experience to inform program design and service delivery.
• Willingness to complete appropriate training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead lived experience initiatives within the ASP across PARVAN services.
• Co-design and deliver capability-building education and training.
• Identify gaps and create new initiatives to improve responses for adult survivors.
• Support trauma-informed, person-centred care across services.
