Qualifications

• Significant post-admission experience in complex commercial litigation or class actions.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documents.
• Ability to question, challenge the status quo and stay ahead in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to obtain maximum compensation for clients.
• Manage and prioritise tasks to deliver work accurately and on time.
• Draft high-quality legal documents and utilise e-discovery tools to progress matters.
