Whizdom is seeking an experienced Linux systems administrator to support multiyear public-sector contracts in the ACT/NSW region. The role requires hands-on management of on‑prem and cloud environments, with a focus on VMware Aria, networking, and secure isolated sandboxes.

You will deploy developer tooling, maintain documentation, and ensure robust operational procedures across the stack. Must be an Australian citizen with security clearance or eligibility.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Linux systems administration across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in VMware and VMware Aria, including design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Strong networking knowledge, including VLANs, DNS, load balancers, and firewall rules.
• Experience deploying sandboxed (isolated) environments.
• Experience deploying developer and analyst tooling, including IDE environments and access controls.
