Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene.
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with prep of garnishes, sauces, line items.
• Undertake basic cooking duties.
• Adhere to health and safety obligations.
• Support section management.
