• Senior liability adjuster with 5–10+ years of experience managing complex claims.
• Established presence in the insurance market with strong professional relationships.
• Proven leadership experience and aspiration to grow a high-performing team.
• Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value liability claims from appointment through settlement.
