Qualifications

• Qualified in Law with admission to the SA Supreme Court or eligibility to obtain admission
• Post‑admission legal experience of 5+ years, preferably in‑house or major advisory environment
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, negotiation and analysis; able to communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders
• Demonstrated commercial judgement balancing legal, operational and reputational risk

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercially informed legal advice to senior leaders across employment, industrial relations, commercial, property and disputes
• Lead significant legal matters with autonomy and manage investigations, proceedings and regulatory obligations
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to strengthening legal capability across AnglicareSA
• Maintain strong relationships with executives, stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure advice aligns with organisational priorities while managing risk and compliance
