Job summary

AnglicareSA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead strategic legal work across employment and industrial relations, commercial matters and property. You will advise senior leaders, shape organisational decisions and contribute to significant outcomes beyond the legal function.

You'll work with autonomy, mentor colleagues and partner with executive teams to manage high-impact matters while strengthening AnglicareSA's legal capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Law and admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia.
• At least 5 years' post-admission experience, preferably in-house, major NFP, government, or private practice advising commercial and employment law clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercially informed legal advice across employment/IR, commercial, property, investigations and disputes.
• Lead significant matters with autonomy reporting to Head of Legal Services.
• Mentor colleagues and strengthen legal capability across AnglicareSA.
