Wolf & Williams is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel ANZ – Construction to provide commercially savvy legal advice across major infrastructure projects. You will lead tender processes, negotiate PPP contracts, and advise project directors and leadership on contract interpretation, risk allocation and time and payment claims.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will collaborate with the legal and commercial teams, mentor junior members, and support transactions across the ANZ region, including

Competenze

• 8+ years' experience in front-end construction or project delivery.
• Ability to lead a project and manage multi-party issues.
• Private practice and in-house experience preferred.
• Commercially astute with a solutions-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead tender processes for major projects from initiation to award.
• Negotiate PPP contracts with high deal values.
• Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation, variations and payment claims.
