Qualifikationen

• Senior Legal Counsel provides strategic, commercially focused and technically sound legal advice across complex projects, transactions, contracts and operational matters.
• Advises senior management on legal risk, contract reviews and tender submissions.
• Experience in construction, energy, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities with excellent written communication.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate head contracts with public and private sector clients across sectors including data centres, renewables, hospitals and education.
• Support the preparation, review, negotiation and management of contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide timely legal advice to operational and management teams to enable effective decision making.
• Identify, assess and manage legal, contractual, regulatory and operational risks.
• Lead legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Manage external legal advisers where required and contribute to policy development.
