Job summary

Flexible and remote work options are available, with lawyers able to base in multiple Australian cities, including Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Newcastle and Perth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-admission experience in private practice, in-house or both.
• Strong front-end construction experience with drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to independently lead matters and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
• Australian admission, current or eligible practising certificate and full Australian working rights.
