Job summary

Our client, a market leader in integrated services across Rail, Transport, Telecommunications, Construction and Mining, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to report to the General Counsel - Transactions. You will provide transactional legal support and strategic advice to executives and bid teams.

This role offers exposure to governance, project delivery issues, and continuous improvement across operations. Hybrid/flexible working and an ASX-listed environment are key features.

Qualifications

• 8+ PQE in both private practice and in-house ASX listed organisations.
• Experience advising on complex transactions & project delivery issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction law and contracts.
