Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Mount Isa, Australia, seeks an experienced in-house legal counsel to provide strategic advice to executives and operating leaders.

You will draft and negotiate complex construction and commercial contracts, and advise on WHS, employment, IP and privacy matters while overseeing the enterprise risk register and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE with a focus on in-house
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts
