What are we looking for?

Our Public Liability team is growing, and we are now seeking an experienced Lawyer/Associate to join our Brisbane team. This is a full time, permanentroleand flexible work arrangements will be considered. Your energy anddrive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with yourpositive approach to your work. This is an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work with some incredibly talented and likeminded team members.

Our Public Liability team support clients that have been injured in a public place such as a shopping centre, carpark or footpath. This could also include dog attacks, physical assaults or sporting accidents.

In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of a Public Liability practice
• Provide clear,practical and concise legal and commercial advice
• Providing a tailoredapproach to clients to understand the context of their matter
• Identifying practicaland innovative solutions for clients
• Maintain and build newclient relationships for the practice
• Providing exceptionalservice to clients
