Job summary

Christies Beach High School seeks a Year 11/12 Conditions for Learning Senior Leader to foster a positive, inclusive culture that promotes student learning, wellbeing, engagement, independence and belonging in the senior years.

The role partners with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to apply CBHS pedagogy, PB4L, and trauma-informed practices, while leading assemblies, camps and major events that celebrate achievement and connection to the school community.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role focusing on Year 11/12 Conditions for Learning and trauma-informed education practices.
• Collaborative leadership with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to strengthen team practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a positive, inclusive senior years culture promoting learning, wellbeing and belonging.
• Oversee assemblies, camps, the Year 12 formal, awards, graduation and other events.
• Ensure consistent application of CBHS pedagogy and Positive Behaviours for Learning.
