Christies Beach High School is seeking a Senior Leader for Years 11 and 12 to promote a positive, inclusive culture focused on learning, wellbeing and belonging. The role will drive consistent CBHS pedagogy and trauma-informed practices, working with teachers and support staff to strengthen team practice.

The position supports assemblies, camps, the Year 12 formal, awards, graduation and other events, with part-time/flexible arrangements considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary education leadership.
• Knowledge of CBHS pedagogy and Positive Behaviours for Learning.
• Understanding of trauma-informed education practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a positive, inclusive senior years culture across Years 11 & 12.
• Apply CBHS pedagogy consistently with staff and support services.
• Oversee assemblies, camps, Year 12 formal, awards, graduation and community events.
