Job summary

Christies Beach High School is seeking a Senior Leader (Inclusive Education Practices) to strengthen whole-school inclusion and targeted support for students with disability and learning needs. The role leads One Plan, IESP and NCCD processes, builds staff capability, and coordinates learning support funding and programs.

The successful candidate will manage casework, monitor achievement and engagement data, and lead assessment processes to improve outcomes for Years 7–12.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusive education programs and staff development.
• Strong understanding of student support services and pathways.
• Ability to use data to monitor outcomes and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead One Plan, IESP and NCCD processes across Years 7–12.
• Coordinate learning support staff, funding, and intervention programs.
• Strengthen whole-school inclusion, intervention, and case management systems.
