Victoria’s Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Manager to lead the design and oversight of complex needs and forensic disability program support. You will manage and mentor senior staff, convert high level objectives into concrete initiatives, and provide authoritative briefings for Ministers and senior leadership.

• Lead and manage program design and oversight relating to forensic disability and complex needs
• Provide strategic advice and briefings in line with government policy
• Develop departmental objectives and improve service delivery, budget efficiency and client outcomes
• Guide Principals and Senior Program Officers and oversee fixed term positions
• Collaborate across the team, unit and branch to ensure alignment with statewide objectives
