The role:

Reporting to the Director, Workplace Operations (APAC), you will lead the day-to-day management of Stryker’s workplaces across the region. You’ll be the key point of contact for regional leaders, ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, fit-for-purpose and aligned to business growth.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining facilities management, stakeholder partnership, vendor governance, and strategic planning, with a clear focus on employee experience, operational excellence and scalability.

  • Lead and govern third-party service providers across facilities, building services, moves, hospitality, cleaning, security and related services
  • Represent the business on regional RE&F projects including renovations, expansions and consolidations, including move planning and occupancy tracking
  • Own regional operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, variance reporting and quarterly reviews
  • Ensure safe, compliant and sustainable workplace operations in line with company standards, RE&F strategy and local regulations

  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, EHS and global RE&F partners to deliver integrated solutions
What you’ll bring:
Required-
  • 10+ years’ progressive experience in Workplace or Facilities Operations within a complex or regulated environment, with accountability for service delivery, vendors and budgets
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and operating effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including ownership of budgets and the ability to build business cases and drive change
  • Experience delivering complex workplace or operational initiatives with strong communication, planning and organisational skills
