Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites applications for the role of Assistant Principal - Student Wellbeing (7-12). Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
• Catholic faith or partner of one of BCE's ecumenical schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in student wellbeing and engagement.
• Lead the 7–12 College Wellbeing programs and curriculum alignment.
• Lead the implementation of the College Student Behaviour Support Plan.
• Strengthen teacher effectiveness and embed proactive approaches to student engagement and learning.
• Oversee behavioural and classroom interventions with timely, targeted responses.
• Mentor and support College Pastoral Leaders to unify pastoral care across the College.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and BCE staff to support interventions.
