Qantas Loyalty is seeking a Head of Personalisation & Experimentation to define and lead enterprise-wide strategies for personalised customer experiences and experimentation across the loyalty and airline brands. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data and Technology to accelerate governance, measurement and scalable digital capabilities.

This senior role requires 10+ years in strategic and governance roles, with strong stakeholder influence at CEO level, and a passion for leveraging data

• 10+ years in senior strategic, commercial and governance roles.
• Experience in a large, listed, data-led organisation.

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for personalised customer experiences and experimentation across Qantas Loyalty.
• Accelerate design, deployment, governance and measurement of customer-centric initiatives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Customer, Technology, Data and Analytics to shape solutions.
• Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to maximise value for customers and the business.
• Develop new processes, experimentation frameworks and digital capabilities for continuous improvement.
