Job summary

Qantas Loyalty, part of the Qantas Group, seeks a senior leader to own personalization and experimentation across loyalty and airline brands. You will shape data-driven customer experiences, partner with Marketing, Product and Technology, and lead a high-performing team focused on innovation and value delivery.

The role sits at the Head Office in Mascot and requires a track record of delivering complex, scalable data-enabled capabilities in a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a data/AI driven environment.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide personalisation and experimentation strategies.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for personalised customer experiences across Qantas Loyalty and Qantas Airlines.
• Accelerate design, deployment, governance and measurement of customer-centric initiatives.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and drive continuous improvement with evidence-based decisions.
