Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading culture, engagement and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with staff survey data and organisational culture initiatives.
• Ability to translate research, data and complex concepts into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver culture, engagement, leadership and workforce capability initiatives across Sunshine Coast Health.
• Partner with leaders to use data, evidence and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Design and facilitate leadership and capability programs that translate into behavioural change and improved performance.
• Support initiatives that strengthen psychological safety, wellbeing, recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Contribute to organisation-wide staff survey and culture initiatives, helping leaders understand results and take action.
• Provide high-level advice, coaching and support to leaders across the health service.
