You will provide specialist advice on organisational change, union engagement, grievances and investigations, and work with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and government agencies, to resolve issues and promote constructive outcomes.

The purpose of this role is to advise and support managers across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service to address industrial and workplace relations issues, including, but not limited to: organisational change, union engagement, complex industrial grievances, workplace investigations, industrial disputes and external advocacy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Remuneration value up to $152,772 p.a., comprising salary between $125,000- $133,898 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
