About the role

• Working closely with a Doyle’s Guide recommended Partner and take a lead role in a Succession Planning and Deceased Estates practice, covering estate planning, administration, and contested estate work, including family provision and estate disputes.
• Advise high net worth individuals and business clients.

The ideal candidate

• At least 5 years PQE in Wills and Estates Law who is based in Sydney or Canberra
• Confident client facing skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Solid drafting skills and strong attention to detail
• A collaborative approach, proactive, commercial mindset and genuine interest in building client relationships.
