Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer specialising in Wills & Estates to shape legacies through advanced estate planning and advise families on complex succession matters. You will draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship documents while managing probate and estate administration with high client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years PQE in estate planning, probate, and estate administration, strong drafting skills, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ PQE in estate planning, probate, and estate administration.
• Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge in trusts and succession law.
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships

• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex succession planning
• Working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships
