Job summary

Solutions+ in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Pricing professional to lead end-to-end pricing for large-scale commercial landscape tenders. You will work from first principles through to submission with autonomy to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

You will review drawings and specs, build detailed cost plans, negotiate with suppliers, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to win new work.

• Proven experience pricing large, complex commercial landscape or civil projects.
• Strong commercial instinct: margins, risk, and strategy.
• Ability to operate autonomously at a senior level.
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender pricing for major, high-value commercial landscape projects.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost plans across complex project scopes.
• Build tender strategies balancing competitiveness, commercial return and risk.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to identify pricing considerations.
• Engage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Identify project risks, exclusions and opportunities throughout tendering.
• Challenge scope and explore value engineering to improve outcomes.
• Prepare clear, commercially sound tender submissions and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, clients and delivery teams from tender to handover.
• Identify opportunities and help position the business to win.
