Job summary

People Culture & Compliance Partners – Condell Park NSW is seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to lead estimating, tendering and contract administration for a growing landscape construction business. You will own the sales and estimating process from enquiry to handover, coordinating with suppliers, clients and the business owner.

You will review plans and specifications, prepare accurate quotations, manage tenders and pricing, and help identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in landscape estimating or related roles.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience pricing commercial landscape projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in tenders and contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for residential and commercial landscape projects.
• Review plans and tender documentation; manage tender submissions.
• Coordinate contracts and project handovers; liaise with suppliers and clients.
• Develop sales systems to track and improve conversion rates.
