Job summary

ADW Johnson is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead and grow our Landscape Architecture team across NSW, including Newcastle. You will manage a diverse portfolio, mentor staff and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development and growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Qualifications in Landscape Architecture and membership (or eligibility for membership) with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.
• Experience delivering NSW public realm, open space and community infrastructure projects.
• Strong design, technical and project management capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development.

The Opportunity

This is more than a project delivery role.

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects including masterplanned communities, public open space networks, parks, streetscapes, recreation facilities, community infrastructure and public realm projects.

You will work closely with our Planning, Urban Design, Engineering and Surveying teams to create places that are both functional and memorable. In addition to leading project delivery, you will mentor staff, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development and the continued growth of our landscape architecture offering.
