Landart seeks an experienced Architect who is passionate about residential architecture and landscape design to join our growing studio. You will shape complete residential environments, integrating home and landscape into a cohesive design vision from concept through to completion.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and construction teams, bringing strong technical capability, design sensitivity and problem-solving skills to every project.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture with NSW ARB registration.
• Experience in residential architecture projects.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, Enscape, Adobe Suite and MS Office.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Architect who is passionate about both residential architecture and landscape design to play a key role in our growing studio.

This is far more than a traditional architectural role. You'll have the opportunity to shape complete residential environments, integrating home and landscape into a cohesive design vision from concept through to completion.

You'll be a creative and solutions-focused designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for crafting meaningful spaces. You enjoy exploring ideas, solving complex design challenges, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and construction teams to bring exceptional projects to life.

Working across every stage of the design journey, you'll contribute to concept development, design resolution, planning approvals, material and finishes selection, and detailed documentation. You'll combine strong technical capability with design sensitivity, ensuring every project is both beautifully resolved and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

Develop thoughtful, original designs that connect architecture, landscape, and lifestyle.

Prepare concept and materials presentations, approvals documentation and detailed design drawings through to construction.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate feedback into refined design outcomes.

Collaborate with our in-house construction and horticultural teams to ensure seamless design resolution on site.

Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to achieve cohesive, buildable solutions.

Contribute ideas, energy and creativity to our collaborative design team.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in residential Architecture (house and landscape preferred)

Tertiary qualification in Architecture (Registered NSW ARB)

Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software such as: Vectorworks, Enscape, Adobe suite, Microsoft Office Suite and others (transitional training to our preferred CAD software available to the right applicant)

Curious, adaptable, and open to using A.I. tools to lift the quality and efficiency of your work.

A strong aptitude for design (conceptual and construction) and documentation

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and suppliers

Strong time management and initiative
