Qualifications

• Experience in land development or land infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to subdivision projects highly regarded.
• Strong design, documentation, and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to project delivery.
• Client-facing skills with potential to lead client relationships and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and programs that strengthen communities and deliver infrastructure outcomes.
• Deliver and support land development and infrastructure projects, including subdivision works.
• Contribute to design, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review and verify engineering designs to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Work with engineers and drafters to produce high-quality outputs.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery from concept to completion.
• Assume increasing leadership, mentoring, and team coordination as experience grows.
