You will work with Senior Child Protection Practitioners to strengthen practice, ensure safety and development of children and young people, and promote positive outcomes through effective supervision and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessment, analysis and mitigation in child protection.
• Demonstrated capability in case planning, review and case management.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and Aboriginal Child Placement Principle.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and policy in child protection.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and review case work and team performance.
• Collaborate with Senior Practitioners to strengthen practice and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks and screening requirements.
