Job summary

Clayton Utz is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join the National KM team, supporting Corporate, M&A & Capital Markets. The role is based in Sydney, with openness to Brisbane or Melbourne, balancing legal work with knowledge management to improve precedents and research access across the Corporate practice.

You will work with partners and senior associates, updating resources, training lawyers, and promoting knowledge-sharing within a large national firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate and maintain precedents, practice notes and know-how resources for Corporate practice.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to corporate practice (M&A, capital markets, private equity).
• Provide expert responses to ad-hoc queries to support complex transactions.
• Deliver training and guidance on precedent systems and knowledge management tools.
