Job description

DWS is seeking an experienced Automation Test Developer from an Engineer, Developer or DevSecOps background with strong knowledge of SCADA / EMS systems & OT integration and experience with PI Historian to work on client sites. You will be engaged in code development for manual and test automation activities across major systems projects.

Job Details

• Contract type: Max term or ACN Contractor
• Term: 1 year, possible extension
• Start: Feb 2026
• Location: Melbourne (preferably) – Sydney / Brisbane / Adelaide also possible
• Work style: Hybrid – 3 days per week in CBD office + WFH
• Salary: Negotiable

Essential Skills and Experience

• A background as an IT Engineer, Developer, or DevSecOps specialist
• Strong knowledge of SCADA / EMS systems and OT integration
• Familiarity with SCADA protocols (ICCP, DNP3) and secure data exchange
