Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Senior System Support Analyst to join ASD program and deliver frontline IT support across a secure environment. You will handle Service Desk and EUC support, ensuring users have access to tools and services to perform their roles.

Key activities include incident management, user onboarding, hardware deployments, and knowledge management, with opportunities to improve support services within a mission-critical government setting.

Qualifications

Experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support role.
Experience troubleshooting Windows10/11 and Microsoft365 apps (Outlook/Teams).
Account administration experience (password resets, unlocks, group changes).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Incidents and service requests handling via ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line IT support across Windows, Office 365, email, remote access and devices.
Manage incidents/requests, coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Support end-user devices across multiple sites including hardware deployments and onboarding.
Maintain asset records, develop knowledge base articles, and assist with vendor/RMA processes.
