You will manage end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent IT roles, proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking, and building strong talent

Qualifications

• Proven IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced market.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Ability to build and nurture talent pools and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent IT roles.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards and networking.
• Build strong talent pools across niche and high-demand technology skill sets.
• Screen, interview and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.
• Take on Account Management responsibilities to deliver high-quality outcomes for key clients.
