Job summary

Lime Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support an IT Asset Program in Brisbane. The role focuses on lifecycle management of hardware, software and related assets with a key procurement initiative for a new monitoring solution.

You will oversee multiple projects, from major deployments to upgrades, coordinating internal and external partners and engaging senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects across enterprise environments.
• Strong procurement coordination and vendor engagement experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and implementation of a new enterprise monitoring solution, from market engagement through to implementation and operationalisation.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, balancing strategic initiatives with smaller-scale upgrades and deployments.
• Develop project plans, delivery approaches and governance arrangements to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate procurement activities in collaboration with internal procurement teams and external implementation partners.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including executive-level leaders, to manage expectations and communicate progress.
