Job summary

Optus is seeking an IP & Security Technical Specialist to sustain performance, availability, and customer experience of the Optus Network. This role operates in a Tier 2/3 environment with 24x7 or 9-5 roster coverage from the Macquarie Park campus in Sydney.

The incumbent will lead technical governance with suppliers, drive incident management automation, and collaborate across networks engineering and managed services to rollout new technologies and improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tier 2/3 networks environments and large-scale WAN/LAN deployments.
• Ability to drive incident management automation and improve service reliability.
• Proven track record of collaborating with networks engineering and managed services teams.
