Job summary

Zone IT Solutions in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize complex WAN/LAN/Data Centre, MPLS and SD-WAN environments. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure non-functional requirements, and lead critical incidents.

You will promote automation-first approaches, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and guide capacity planning, governance, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
6+ years of enterprise network design, architecture and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of network transformation initiatives across WAN, LAN, WLAN, Data Centre, MPLS and SD-WAN.
Provide L3/L4 technical leadership for incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Drive automation-first networking to improve consistency and speed of delivery.
Ensure non-functional requirements including availability, performance, capacity, security, and resilience (BCP/DR readiness).
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to deliver reliable, future-ready network services.
Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive health reviews to optimize network operations.
Drive standardization, governance, and best practices across design and implementation.
