Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (iOS) to shape technical direction and deliver scalable iOS applications within the Domain app team. You will define blueprints, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years of iOS experience, strong Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM/VIPER/TCA expertise, and a track record of performance optimisation, API integration, and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications.
• Experience leading the delivery of major mobile features in high-performing teams.
• Mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices.
• Collaboration with Product, Design and Engineering to shape roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of your squad and ensure scalable, resilient solutions.
• Own health and performance of services and optimise systems.
• Coach engineers to foster learning, collaboration and high performance.
• Lead architecture patterns and provide technical leadership across the squad.
