Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced iOS Developer for a 9 month contract in Sydney. You will join a high performing mobile engineering team building large-scale, customer-facing iOS apps used by millions of users.

The role involves delivering features, resolving defects, and evolving a critical digital platform with cross‑functional collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has strong Swift expertise, experience with Kotlin, API integration and modern mobile

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience developing native iOS applications.
• Strong expertise in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
• Experience building and supporting large scale customer facing mobile applications.
• Experience with Kotlin and cross platform mobile development concepts.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
• Build and deliver new customer-facing features and enhancements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers across multiple teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure application performance, reliability and scalability.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle from design through to deployment and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the mobile engineering function.
