Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDK.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience leading a small development team or mentoring juniors.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and mobile release processes.
• Exposure to Android development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend and QA teams to deliver mobile apps.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews/retrospectives.
• Lead technical solutions and contribute to architecture and development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features within timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
