Job summary

NGS Super is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to ensure timely and accurate investment reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and streamline investment operations processes to support the Fund’s financial accounts and audit processes.

The role focuses on managing external relationships, ensuring KPI and compliance reporting, and supporting board decisions on asset allocation and related fund operations.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a relevant discipline or proven track record in investment operations.
• Knowledge of superannuation industry and fund accounting principles.
• Familiarity with risk and compliance within the superannuation sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between Trustee, Custodians, Investment Managers, external Auditors and Financial Accountants.
• Oversee investment operation reporting and KPI reporting.
• Assist with compliance of contractual obligations and risk controls.
• Coordinate reporting to the board, committees and external stakeholders.
• Support asset allocation changes, fee accruals and proxy voting documentation.
