Job summary

Ability to undertake sensitive and complex investigations.
Strong judgement and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

Undertake and case manage sensitive and complex investigations into staff misconduct and breaches of policies and procedures.
Provide high-level advice on conduct investigation processes, complaints management and compliance.
Identify systemic issues arising from investigations and propose solutions.
Prepare complex reports, briefs and submissions for executive review.
Contribute to development of policies on staff misconduct and ethical decision making.
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Collaborate with team to deliver integrity and ethical behaviour programs.
