Job summary

The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Consultant Interventional and Diagnostic Neuroradiologist. The post holder will be based at The Walton Centre and participate in MDTs and clinical meetings.

The job plan is proposed at 10 PAs with 8.5 Direct Clinical Care including 2.75 interventional sessions; on-call 1 in 7 with 3 sessions allocated. Clinical duties cover neurointervention both diagnostic and therapeutic, plus patient administration, clinics and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work includes neurointervention both diagnostic and therapeutic
• Attend clinical meetings, MDTs, patient administration, clinics and on-call
• Engage in continuing professional development, teaching, audit, research and annual appraisal preparation
• Job plan comprises 10 PAs with on-call 1 in 7, and cross-cover across the neuroradiology service
