Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Consultant Interventional Radiologist to join its established IR service within Metro South Health. The role includes elective and after-hours procedures and contributions to education, supervision and service development.

We welcome applicants who have completed IR specialist training or are nearing completion, and who can work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care

Qualifications

• Experience as a Consultant Interventional Radiologist.
• IR specialist training completion or nearing completion.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to education, supervision and professional development of junior staff and medical students.
• Support departmental quality improvement, clinical governance and service development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
• Advance teaching and learning within the department.
