HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Procurement Category Manager to shape and execute the strategy for our protein category. Based in Chippendale Sydney or Penrose Auckland, you will lead high-value supplier negotiations and drive cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.

You will own category roadmaps, lead market reviews, manage senior supplier relationships, and partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative, sustainable sourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic procurement, supply chain or category management within FMCG/food.
• Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and high-value relationships.
• Proven track record delivering category strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive category strategy with multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
• Lead market analysis, risk reviews and opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Escalate and resolve category issues with autonomy and sound judgement.
• Lead high-value supplier negotiations focused on long-term value.
• Build and manage top-tier supplier networks in NZ and AU.
