Qualifications

• Qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Content, Community Engagement or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Proven experience developing and delivering strategic communication plans, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide trusted communication advice and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrated success working in complex, geographically dispersed organisations with diverse audiences.
• Experience managing and optimising digital platforms like SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic internal communication plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• Provide expert communication advice and guidance to leaders and project teams.
• Create clear, engaging content translating complex information into meaningful messages.
• Lead the development of written, visual and multimedia content including leadership communications and internal campaigns.
• Manage and optimise internal communication channels for relevance and accessibility.
• Drive employee engagement through storytelling that highlights people and outcomes.
• Support major projects with communication strategies to build understanding and adoption.
• Monitor effectiveness, analyse engagement data and recommend improvements.
